SHIPPING
AND RETURNS
We ship most orders to arrive 5-10
business days from the receipt of
order. After you place your order,
allow us 2 to 3 days to process
and ship your order regardless of
your chosen shipping method. Unfortunately,
we are unable to ship to addresses
outside the United States and Canada.
All returns and exchanges must be
made within 14 days of receiving
the Instant Button™.
CANADA
SHIPPING
Effective March 17,
2009, KTR only offers Express Mail®
International for ALL Canada orders.
Only Express Mail® International
provides the tracking capability
and takes 5-7 days to be delivered
from the day the order is shipped.
This includes Customs Clearance.
RETURN
TO SENDER POLICY
KTR ships all orders via USPS. USPS
will deliver your package excluding
Sundays and holidays.
If your shipment is returned to
us for any reason, we will contact
you via email. After you respond,
KTR will ship your package and shipping
will be charged to you again. Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
SALES
TAX
Sales Tax and local taxes on merchandise
will be applied to California residents.

RETURNS
To receive your refund, you must
return the Instant Button™ to KTR
within 14 days of receiving the
Instant Button™. All returns must
be in original packaging, free of
scratch, no water stain, and be
in sellable condition.
Before returning the Instant Button™,
you must contact customerservice@ktrenterprise.com
to obtain a Return Authorization
Number (RA#). The RA# must be imprinted
on the return address. The credit
card used for original order will
be credited within 2 weeks minus
the shipping cost. Shipping charges
are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
For exchanges, you must return the
Instant Button™ to KTR within 14
days of receiving the Instant Button™.
All exchange requests must also
be emailed to customerservice@ktrenterprise.com
to obtain a Return Authorization
Number (RA#) in order to process
the exchange. KTR is not responsible
for the shipping cost for your exchanges.
When sending the
Instant Button™ back, please insure
your package and keep the tracking
number. KTR will not liable for
any lost or damaged packages en
route to us.
